The space is air conditioned, has a smart TV w/ Roku, board games and hot & cold shower.
Pet fee is $100 flat
Parking is on the side of unit .
10% Hotel tax on arrival. This is tax for the city of Encinitas.

This is separate unit, no other person has access. We are very particular about sanitation. We keep everything very clean, sheets, towels and other accessories.

Guests do dishes or keep in the dishwasher and leave the unit as they got it. Shut off all the appliances. Trash out . Remove sheets, Used towels keep in the laundry basket. No sand inside after coming from beach use outdoor shower . All surfing board etc keep in the back storage.
