This is a quaint and private oasis surrounded by a great neighborhood, and close to the ocean. I had a peaceful stay. The home was stocked with everything needed. Renu is a very responsive host. She checked to make sure I was able to get in. They also spiffed everything up for my last-minute arrival. I definitely recommend staying here.

Great place and location. Renu was very responsive and very accommodating to several changes that we had to make our schedule. This is a very quiet and peaceful location close to the beaches.

Renu’s place in Encinitas was perfect for a family weekend away! We spent most of our time out and about and were comfortable & had what we needed to sleep and to start our morning each day at the Airbnb.

A little hard to find in the dark, but a quiet oasis once you’re there!

Wonderful location, super responsive, easy communication, pet friendly and helpful amenities for the beach all contributed to the enjoyable week my family had at Renu’s newly renovated place. Highly recommended, would definitely stay there again.

This house was all we wanted and more. we were here for Thanksgiving and had a sufficient kitchen and dining space. it was quiet. we had a dedicated parking spot too which was important for a rental car. Renu made every accommodation that we needed for our stay.

Great place to stay for 2 nights when we were in town for our daughter’s soccer tournament. Clean, well equipped kitchen and baths. We cooked our meals there and it was spacious and just like the listing.

The only complaints I have are that 1 of the 3 queen beds was really squeaky and made so much noise whenever my husband moved during the night that he ended up sleeping on the couch the second night. And I also felt that asking us to strip all the beds, do the dishes, put all the towels in the hamper, and take out the trash seemed a little excessive since we paid a good price to stay there. Luckily we had enough time the morning we left to get that all done, but if we had to leave really early that morning, it would have been tough to do before an early departure. It just felt all of that should have been left to the cleaning crew.

Host was very responsive & accommodating. Great value for the location.

The place was clean and as adertised. We only had a short stay of two nights, but I could see how comfortable of a place it would be for a much longer stay. It is close to the beach and walking distance to many shops and restaurants. I would stay there again.

We loved staying at Renu’s! We have had many wonderful stays in the Leucadia area and would definitely stay here again! It was awesome to have beach gear available, and Renu was responsive and helpful!
